Jennifer joined Clearline in November 2023 as a Senior Manager, bringing more than 17 years of public accounting experience. Her career progression — from accounting clerk to senior leadership — reflects a sustained commitment to professional excellence and continuous growth.
Since joining the firm, Jennifer has distinguished herself through her technical precision and high-quality execution, her calm, principled decision-making rooted in integrity and her respectful and supportive leadership style. Jennifer’s strong mentorship is grounded in accountability and development.

Gurbir’s journey with Clearline reflects our commitment to long-term development and collaboration. Beginning as a co-op student more than a decade ago, he has progressed steadily through increasingly senior roles, contributing meaningfully at every stage.
During this period, he has witnessed Clearline evolve from a team of fewer than 10 professionals to a firm of more than 70 — growth that has required adaptability, innovation, and strong internal alignment.
Gurbir’s promotion recognizes his deep technical expertise and pursuit of excellence, his consistent accountability to clients and colleagues, his collaborative approach to leadership and his respect for both our people and our processes. Gurbir’s openness to innovation will drive the firm’s evolution.
