Clearline Office Updates

 

We hope that all of our clients and newsletter subscribers had a good summer.  Now that we are back, we just wanted to let you know that we are currently renovating our offices in Burnaby and Surrey, so please excuse the mess if you drop by one of the offices.

We are brightening up the Burnaby office with new lighting and a fresh coat of paint. While the renovations are still underway, the office is already looking brighter and bigger.

Our Surrey office renovation is a bit more ambitions as we are doubling the size of the office to accommodate our staff as we are now primarily working from the office rather than at home. We are also welcoming many new staff to the Clearline team as we continue to grow as a firm, as thus we needed more space. The renovation will also create a large new boardroom to accommodate meetings.

While we are working in the office most days, many of you are continuing to meet with us via video conferencing. While this has been, and continues to be, a safe way for us to meet, we know that it has also been efficient and convenient for many of you and that it will likely be part of how we communicate going forward. Because we have had so few in-person meetings over the last 18 months, and will likely continue to meet online in the future, we made the decision earlier this year to close our convenience offices in Vancouver and North Vancouver.

Now that summer is over our offices are back to full normal hours, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM.  We are available to meet in Burnaby, Surrey or online at your convenience. If you are mailing anything to us, we ask that you send mail to the Surrey office. But if it is easier for you to just drop off mail in Burnaby that is okay too.
